High Cycle Zero-molding Machine
Zero-molding, the core of stable production, is the core of the SE-HSZ2, which is specially equipped with linear guides and quake-resistant level pads to achieve high-cycle molding.
Balanced thin-wall high-cycle and stable molding are realized.

Thorough pursuit of stability in high-cycle molding
High-cycle specifications that significantly exceed those of conventional machines are realized through improved injection speed and response, process shortening, and accurate and precise control.
Stable molding performance enables comfortable high-cycle production.
The first Zero-molding system to come as standard equipment
High-cycle specification with 15% shorter cycle time than conventional models
Achieved 15% cycle reduction compared to conventional machines by improving injection speed, FFC molding, and shortening ISC mold open/close.
In FFC (FlowFrontContorl) molding, the time required to hold pressure to prevent sink marks, which was necessary in the past, can be reduced to zero, greatly improving productivity.

ISC (Intelligent Servo Control System) for improved productivity
New control algorithm realizes faster mold opening/closing, reduced machine vibration, and improved molding stability.
Improved servo control capability reduces variation in cushion position and peak pressure, enabling precise and stable plasticizing, filling, and pressure holding processes.

Direct drive for precision high-cycle molding
The injection system employs Sumitomo's proprietary direct drive mechanism.
The injection speed response is approximately 2.5 times faster than that of an electric belt drive mechanism.
The ability to control instantaneous high speed and high pressure enables more precise high-cycle molding.
In addition, the C1250 and C1700 injection systems employ a high-power 2-axis synchronous direct drive mechanism
that provides high response despite its compact structure.
